Hi there, I'm Amy!

Taking the risk to start therapy can be scary, but you have taken the first step! My hope is that you will find this to be a safe and judgment-free environment.

My focus

Whether you are struggling with anxious thoughts, depression, life transitions, physical illness, or trauma, we will work together to create a plan and identify healthy coping skills that will help you achieve your goals.

My approach

I consider my therapy techniques to be eclectic, using CBT (cognitive behavioral therapy), mindfulness, narrative, and trauma-informed approaches. Together, we will set goals and work on finding ways to achieve them. I use a client-centered approach, which means that your needs and goals will be the priority.
