Hi there, I'm Angela!

I work with children, adolescents, and adults navigating challenges related to identity, emotional well-being, self-worth, and life transitions. I offer a compassionate and collaborative space where you can explore your experiences and move toward growth.

My focus

I support children, teens, and adults navigating anxiety, social phobia, bullying, neurodivergence, relationship betrayals, codependency, and the emotional strain of having a family member with a personality disorder. I also work with educators carrying the stress of their work and young mothers navigating parenting and life transitions.

My approach

I take a humanistic and Adlerian approach, grounded in the belief that you are the expert on your own life. I draw from mindfulness, Internal Family Systems, somatic practices, inner child work, polyvagal theory, and Radical Acceptance based on what works best for you.
