I am a licensed social worker and addictions counselor providing assessment, diagnosis, and treatment for trauma, depression, OCD, anxiety, psychosis, substance and behavioral addictions, sleep, and eating disorders. I collaborate with EAPs and have expertise in Fitness For Duty evaluations and workplace reintegration.

My focus

I am a licensed therapist with specialized credentials in treating addictions, including substances, process, and sexual addictions. I am trained or certified to treat trauma, family, couples, ADHD, anxiety, OCD, and thought disorders, pain, and sleep disorders, sports performance, in addition to eating disorders.

My approach

As a therapist, I prioritize education and collaboration, often incorporating practical assignments to reinforce learning. My goal is to empower clients with a foundational understanding of therapeutic concepts, ensuring they not only practice new skills but also grasp the reasoning behind them.
