Hi there, I'm Michelle!

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in the state of Kansas with over 18 years of experience supporting individuals and families through some of life’s most challenging circumstances (a variety of emotional and psychological struggles). I approach every person with respect, sensitivity, and compassion., sensitivity, and compassion.

My focus

I’m deeply passionate about supporting children, teens, and young adults, especially those who need someone to truly listen and walk alongside them as a teammate in their journey. I specialize in navigating stress, anxiety, relationship issues, anger management, motivation, self-esteem, & confidence. I have also experienced working with depression.

My approach

I use cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) to help you identify and reshape unhelpful thought patterns. This approach is hands-on and gives you tools to feel more in control of your emotions and behaviors. Based on your unique needs, I may adapt my approach to include practices like mindfulness and motivational interviewing.
