I work collaboratively with clients to better understand patterns, emotions, relationships, and underlying diagnoses while building practical tools for change. My goal is to help you leave sessions feeling understood, empowered, and with greater clarity and direction.

Many of the clients I work with are navigating anxiety, burnout, trauma, emotional overwhelm, relationship challenges, neurodiversity, or major life transitions. I enjoy helping teens and adults better understand themselves, break unhelpful patterns, build healthier coping strategies, and create meaningful, lasting change.
