I am a Christian Counselor who specializes in Cognitive Behavioral Health. I can provide therapy to clients with internet addictions, anger management issues, and mild/moderate anxiety and depressive symptoms.

My focus

I have significant experience assisting clients with a wide range of anger, anxiety, and stress management issues. I also specialize in assisting clients with developing effective and efficient self-care planning.

My approach

I am very much a Cognitive Behavioral Health Therapist. I love to listen to my client's narratives and concerns that they are going through in their life. I use my client's own experiences and concerns to help them construct new perspectives on the challenges they face.

My communication style

I love to create a positive and warm approach to counseling my sessions when working with clients. I believe a strong client/therapist rapport is the key to creating a trusting and productive therapeutic environment.

My journey to mental healthcare

I was a Business Major in college before shortly realizing I enjoy working with people rather than products. I enjoy working with clients from all walks of life and seeing the positive changes that therapy often provides them.

My goals for you

I like to start with small goals when initially working with clients. I am a strong proponent that small change is generative and often leads to long-lasting changes.

I like to assess what brings the client to therapy. I will also develop treatment goals with clients and assess what their expectations are in therapy.
