I am a licensed clinical social worker who’s been helping people navigate life’s challenges for more than 20 years.

My focus

I enjoy working with adults experiencing anxiety, depression, grief, ADHD, life transitions, and I have a special interest in supporting first responders and the unique challenges they face.

My approach to therapy is eclectic because I don’t believe people fit neatly into one box. Together, we’ll find the tools and strategies that work best for you, creating a space where you feel heard, supported, and empowered to move forward.

My journey to mental healthcare

My career has taken a few meaningful turns—from working in medical settings, to spending several years as a stay-at-home mom, and now doing what I love as a therapist. Those experiences have given me both professional expertise and a real appreciation for the beautiful (and sometimes messy) realities of everyday life.
