I entered my profession with a desire to help individuals and families overcome the struggles they face. I specialize in Clinical Mental Health, Addiction & Recovery, Couples, and Marriage & Family Therapy.

My focus

I work with a wide range of clients and demographic groups. I treat anxiety, depression, OCD, mood disorders, ADHD, personality disorders, autism spectrum, addiction, and sexual dysfunction.

I use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Strategic Therapy, and Intergenerational Family Therapy.

My communication style

I use a client-centered approach to working with clients that is based on the belief that each of us has the power to live our dreams; we just need help moving in that direction.

My journey to mental healthcare

There was a time when I needed therapy. I was blessed to work with an amazing therapist who helped me work through my struggles from there, my path was clear. I want to spend my life helping others the way I was helped.
