My approach
I use cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) to help you identify and reshape unhelpful thoughts. My approach is practical and collaborative, giving you tools to feel more in control. I use a multitude of other techniques as well- PCT, MIT, and DBT are some of my favorites.
