My goal as a therapist is to create a safe, supportive, judgment-free environment where individuals can explore their emotions and build confidence to make steps toward their goals.

My journey to mental healthcare

I became a therapist because I know that life does not come with an instruction book, and sometimes we all need a little extra support. Seeing clients gain confidence, overcome triggers, and thrive gives me the drive to continue doing this work.

My goals for you

Goal setting is important in the therapeutic process. Goals allow us to remain focused on progressing in a positive direction. When setting goals with individuals, I like for the client to be in the driver's seat.

Our first session

During an initial session with me, individuals can expect to discuss their goals, expectations for therapy, and past therapy experiences. Individuals will learn more about me as a therapist and have a chance to evaluate if we are a good fit.
