Hi there, I'm Jana Faye!
I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) licensed in the state of Kentucky by the National Board of Professional Counselors to provide mental health counseling. I graduated from Mid-Continent University, receiving a B.A. in Missions and Evangelism. I obtained my M.Ed. in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Murray State University, Kentucky.
My focus
I have worked with clients with a wide range of mental health concerns, including depression, anxiety, relationship issues, parenting problems, career challenges, OCD, and ADHD. I have also helped many people who have experienced physical trauma or emotional abuse.
My approach
I am certified in Person-Centered Approach, Grief Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, Race-Trauma, and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) Therapies. I also work with couples to strengthen their relationships and offer divorce counseling to those who are considering divorce or have made the decision to split.
