I provide mental health counseling for adolescents and adults. I have extensive training in treating behavior concerns and suicide crisis prevention and intervention. I believe in creating a supportive space where you can work through challenges and move toward your goals.
My focus
I have worked with clients with a wide range of mental health concerns, including depression, anxiety, relationship issues, parenting problems, career challenges, OCD, and ADHD. I have also helped many people who have experienced physical trauma or emotional abuse.
My approach
I am certified in Person-Centered Approach, Grief Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, Race-Trauma, and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) Therapies. I also work with couples to strengthen their relationships and offer divorce counseling to those who are considering divorce or have made the decision to split.
