I have been in the field of social services and have worked with many people throughout my career. I enjoy assisting people in overcoming their challenges and recognizing their growth and evolution in their individual recovery.

Our first session

During the first session with a client, I typically complete a behavioral health assessment, a patient health questionnaire (PHQ-9), and a Generalized Anxiety questionnaire (GAD-7). I also incorporate Crisis Planning with my Clients to ensure adequate coping skills and supports are in place.
