My journey to mental healthcare

My journey into therapy began with a desire to help others find strength through life's hardest challenges. While working with individuals dealing with depression, anxiety, and life transitions, I learned how powerful therapy can be in recovery. I saw people transcend their struggles and continue to lead a healthy pattern of living."

Your goals may evolve as you gain new insights and adapt your plan as we move forward. I'm here to provide you with support and tools to help you to continue to move closer to where you want to be.

Our first session

Our first session will be an opportunity to get to know one another. We'll discuss your background and what brought you to therapy. Therapy is a process, and we'll continue to build our work together. At that time, you can let me know what your expectations are for therapy.
