I have a concentration in marriage, couple, and family counseling. I have worked with clients starting at the age of 5 - 86 years of age. My focus is to provide a therapeutic approach that helps clients meet their maximum potential and therapy goals.

I have worked with clients from 5 years of age and older. Depression, anxiety, relationship issues, and mood are some of the different types of issues and concerns that I have helped clients address and work through.

My theoretical approach is cognitive behavioral therapy and reality therapy.

My communication style

I try to create a therapeutic atmosphere. One in which clients can feel relaxed, comfortable, and ready to process. An environment that helps clients to be creative and open.

My goals for you

Goal setting is something that the client and therapist work through and develop together. To help clients with goal setting, clients are encouraged to look at reasons for coming to therapy, or what things a client want to change or improve. Clients may also be asked to choose a focus area.

Our first session

The initial session will be to build rapport and gather information about what brings clients to therapy. The therapist will understand the client's needs and concerns in order to develop a plan to address the client's issues.
