My communication style

I have a laid-back style of communication. Our sessions will feel like spending time with a friend who helps you manage anything life throws at you. I want you to feel comfortable telling me anything without risk of judgment and confident that I'll do everything I can to help you feel your healthiest and happiest.

My journey to mental healthcare

As someone who struggled with ADHD, depression, anxiety, and trauma, I found a wonderful therapist who helped me regain control and transform my life. Once I finished treatment, I knew I wanted to provide that support and kindness to others. I've since dedicated my career to helping people work through trauma and become their best selves.

My goals for you

After we talk about what you're struggling with and what you'd like to achieve, I'll create a comprehensive treatment plan tailored to you. We'll work together using talk therapy, suggested reading, worksheets, and EMDR. We'll figure out what works best for you.

Our first session

We'll spend time getting to know each other, discussing what brought you to therapy, your goals, and what you've tried in the past. I'll share the options I think would best help you grow, heal, and reach your goals, and we'll work together to create a treatment plan you feel comfortable with.
