Hi there, I'm Ja'Nera!

As a Louisiana native and LCSW, I am passionate about helping individuals, groups and families navigate life's challenges. I have experience working in a variety of clinical settings with a variety of clinical presentations. I am trained in EMDR and other evidence-based approaches, specific to needs. I'm trauma-informed but not limited to it.

My focus

I'm comfortable working with a variety of clients from all stages of life. I have experience with treating anxiety, personality disorders, mood disorders, attachment issues, depression, substance use, and related disparities.

My approach

I am trauma-focused, with experience in various therapeutic modalities such as EMDR, TF-CBT, DBT, CBT, MI, psychodynamic, and attachment-focused therapy.
