EMDR-trained and trauma-informed therapist specializing in trauma, anxiety, depression, grief, attachment wounds, emotion regulation, and self-esteem. My approach is collaborative, candid, nonjudgmental, and client-centered, helping clients repair injuries, build resilience and identify, and reconnect with the authentic version of themselves.

I'm comfortable working with a variety of clients from all stages of life. I have experience with treating anxiety, personality disorders, mood disorders, attachment issues, depression, substance use, and related disparities.

I am trauma-focused, with experience in various therapeutic modalities such as EMDR, TF-CBT, DBT, CBT, MI, psychodynamic, and attachment-focused therapy.

My journey to mental healthcare

I was a former pre-Nursing student who had an epiphany and decided that physical health wasn't the only pathway to healing.

We discuss this as a collaborative approach during the intake process. Our first session is data gathering to discuss the treatment process, temrination and objectives.

It's basically information gathering, identifying and prioritizing goals, and discussing the treatment process in its entirety. From there, we discuss meeting times, and I provide tangible resources to use until we meet for the official session.
