I began working in the mental health field to assist and advocate for those in need in this area of healthcare. I am driven by compassion, empathy, and the desire to contribute to the development of improved health outcomes, both physically and psychologically.

My goals for you

I encourage my patient to utilize self-reflection to determine their needs. To develop SMART goals—specific, measurable, achievable, relevant, and time-bound—to empower them to actively shape their emotional world instead of just reacting to it.
