My communication style

My style is pretty laid back and humorous, while also affirming. I believe everyone deserves a safe space to feel heard, understood, and valued. I work with my clients to create an open and collaborative environment where thoughts and feelings can be shared without fear of judgment.

My journey to mental healthcare

I began my journey in the mental health field when I fell in love with psychology and knew I wanted to be able to help people with their mental health. As someone who has been able to achieve much personal growth with support from therapy in my lifetime, I want to be a part of others' healing journeys as well.

My goals for you

Clients can expect to work with me to formulate and work towards goals to help improve their everyday lives. I will provide homework assignments so clients can practice skills we discuss during sessions, and we will review assignments together to foster a strong therapeutic relationship and work towards desired outcomes.

Our first session

During our first session, clients can expect to share some background information related to their past mental health history. We will discuss what brings you to therapy, and also review expectations of therapy and future sessions.
