Are you struggling with long-term anxiety, depression, self-esteem, self-worth, negative self-talk, or do you need a compassionate therapist who is empathic to your needs? I have worked with all ages, from young children to adults. Additionally, my special area is grief and trauma.

I use Cognitive Behavior Therapy to help you address unhealthy thought patterns. This hands-on approach gives you tools to feel more in control of your emotions and behaviors. Based on your unique needs, I may adapt my approach to include breathing relaxation techniques and active listening.
