My communication style is direct and challenging. I like to offer questions and insights that may not have been considered. I create a warm and conversational environment that allows clients to show up as their most authentic selves.

My journey to mental healthcare

I have always had a passion for working with people and being able to assist them in reaching the best version of themselves. I am open-minded and interested in all of the parts that make up an individual to help them reach this goal.

Our first session

The first session is centered around building rapport and offering client's the space to share their thoughts, needs, and expectations for therapy.
