My ideal client is someone who wants to prioritize their mental health and is seeking a therapist to show up fully for them. I typically focus on healing past traumas and figuring out how they might be holding you back in the present.

My journey to mental healthcare

Before becoming a therapist, I was a teacher for four years. In the classroom, I saw how mental health impacts daily life. This made me want to become a therapist so I could help clients during their darkest days and celebrate their greatest achievements. It is truly an honor to be a part of my clients' journeys.

Our first session

Our first session will be all about rapport building! My goal is for you to see therapy as a warm, cozy place where you can be your best and worst self. Our first session will focus on therapy norms, answering any questions and getting to know each other. Therapy is only successful if trust is built.
