I do my best to enhance a comfortable environment during the session with limited distractions. I strive to build rapport and trust with patients to facilitate communication, which enhances my ability to treat efficiently.

My journey to mental healthcare

I have worked in mental health. The more I have worked in the field, the more passionate I become about helping people. Seeking mental health treatment has a lot of negative stigmas attached, and I love being an advocate for mental health wellness.

My goals for you

Goal setting is one of the most important parts of working in mental health, but it can also be the most difficult. Goals need to be realistic and achievable with a combination of short-term, mid-term, and long-term goals.

Our first session

The first session is the longest session, where I can learn about the patient's history along with what led them to my session in the first place. Together, we will discuss and prioritize concerns. I will then discuss treatment options, which include pharmacological and nonpharmacological plans.
