Hi there, I'm Thomas!

I'm here to support and empower you to lead the best, most healthy life that you can, inspired by a desire to limit or reduce your suffering in any way I can. I seek to be an ally who can support and guide. I envision a co-operative effort where we work together to achieve what you're looking for.

My focus

I've worked mostly with individuals with anxiety and mood disorders, including depression and bipolar. I am also very comfortable with life stage transitions, like mid or quarter life crises, as well as dealing with grief and loss.

My approach

Person Centered, with a CBT focus to challenge negative thought patterns. I'm also a proponent of Mindfulness based practices, especially meditation, such as MBCT. I'm very open to exploring existential issues.
