Hi there, I'm Hema!

I help clients struggling in toxic relationships, with early attachment wounds and abandonment, polyamorous relationships, navigating life after a late diagnosis of autism in women, and childhood trauma. Spiritual guidance is my passion.

My focus

I work with adult individuals and couples. I support late-diagnosed autistic women, individuals struggling in repeated narcissistic and toxic relationships, early childhood attachment wounds, abandonment, childhood abuse, and CPTSD. I also affirm nontraditional relationships such as polyamory and open marriages.

My approach

I am trained in EMDR, Brain spotting, IFS, somatic experience, Sedona method, Theta healing, Tantra, Family Constellations, NLP, Ericksonian Hypnotherapy, Shamanism, mindfulness, Eastern nondual philosophy, EFT, and past life regression. I believe no one modality is better than another; I tailor treatment based on each client's needs.
