These struggles often create anxiety, depression, self-doubt, hopelessness, or shame. I help you tap into your strengths, values, and experiences.
My approach
I create a safe space to explore your thoughts and feelings using CBT, Positive Psychology, Narrative Therapy, Mindfulness, and Psychodynamic approaches. We'll examine roots of your challenges and set goals with small steps like learning boundaries, raising self-esteem, and practicing journaling and meditation.
