Hi there, I'm Christine!

My approach to therapy is very client-driven and eclectic. I often employ CBT and evidence-based practices but sometimes clients need empathic listening and lots of rapport building before we can get to CBT. I like to think that I do what works for each client in the moment and respond to feedback about what works for you.

My focus

I love all stages of human development! I have worked with clients from age 3 to age 92! I have a particular interest in the needs of women as they navigate pregnancy, young motherhood, and mother-child bonding. I also have an interest in grief work, family issues, raising and being a teen, and divorce care.

My approach

I have been trained in CBT, trauma-focused CBT, grief and loss, empathic listening, spiritual psychology, family systems, and Imago treatment for couples.
