Progress is resonance: daily choices that match your truth. Success isn’t about becoming new, but remembering who you are. Goals are set on a weekly basis as we work on aligning with your long-term direction.

Our first session

Day one builds connection and trust. We explore your story, past patterns, and current challenges to understand your starting point. You’ll learn key terms and guiding principles—alignment, resonance. We establish the overall direction of where you want to be at the end of therapy.
