I provide judgment-free support and will work collaboratively with you to help you navigate anxiety, depression, trauma, life transitions, and other stressors. I implement various therapeutic approaches that would be geared toward your personal goals and needs.

I was motivated to become a therapist because I am empathetic, sympathetic, compassionate, and a good listener. I wanted to use these skills to help others work through difficult challenges, providing the support needed to help them through their journey toward recovery.
