I'm a trans, earth-loving, energy-working holistic therapist and I'd love to help you reach your mind-body-spirit-soul goals.

My focus

I work with people and couples from many different backgrounds and ages, from 18 to end-of-life. I have a special interest in Spiritual Seekers, Indigenous Peoples, Young Adults, Elders, Sex Workers, BDSM Kinksters, Polyamorous People, LGBTQIA+, Healthy Relationships and Sexuality, Higher Education and Early Career, and Psychedelic Integration.

My approach

Empowering, educating, and supporting people in their wholeness is what I do. As a holistic psychotherapist, I blend Shamanism, Parts Work, the Gottman Method, CBT, Strength Based, Narrative, and Solution-Focused Therapy with a Humanistic approach. My personal lens is trauma-informed, compassionate, and animistic.
