Through my experiences, I have worked with a variety of clients, and I tend to relate and develop the strongest relationships with individuals who tend to intellectualize, people-please, and have anxious, depressed, or perfectionistic parts.

Depending on your own previous experiences, insights, and the inner work you have already done, I will use a combination of evidence-based strategies, including but not limited to cognitive behavioral therapy, internal family systems, and somatic therapies.

I bring both professional expertise and lived experience as a corporate healthcare manager, wife, and mother. These roles have deepened my understanding of the complexities people navigate daily, and they inform how I show up for clients in the therapeutic space.
