My focus

I am skilled and comfortable working with a wide variety of clients. Currently, adults and older adults are the age groups I work with. I love working on women's issues, anxiety, stress management, adjustment issues, mild depression, cultural issues, coaching, health and wellness coaching, career change, and childhood trauma.

My approach is based on compassion, empathy, and understanding. I am an eclectic clinician and believe in using the right tools that are appropriate for the situation.

I like to create a warm and understanding environment for my clients. Kindness and being non-judgmental are important to me.

I have been a therapist, and what keeps me going is that I feel like I really am able to help people live improved lives.
