I draw from evidence-based approaches including person-centered therapy, motivational interviewing, and cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) to support clients with anxiety, family and relationship concerns, and building healthier coping skills.

I listen carefully, offer thoughtful feedback, and work alongside clients to help them better understand their experiences and move toward their goals.

My journey to mental healthcare

I was drawn to becoming a provider by a strong interest in understanding people and supporting them through life’s challenges. I value building meaningful therapeutic relationships and helping clients gain insight, develop coping skills, and create positive change.
