My communication style is rooted in active listening, open dialogue, and genuine engagement. I believe that therapy works best when clients feel truly heard and understood, so I strive to create a safe, collaborative space where your thoughts and feelings are welcomed without judgment.

My journey to mental healthcare

My path to becoming a psychologist began at a young age, shaped by a deeply personal loss. When I was 14, I lost a close friend to suicide—an experience that profoundly impacted me and sparked a strong desire to understand mental health and help others through their pain. That moment became the foundation for my commitment to this work.

My goals for you

I work collaboratively with patients to set clear, realistic goals that align with their values and aspirations. Whether the focus is on managing symptoms, improving relationships, or building coping skills, I help break down larger challenges into manageable steps. I guide clients in tracking their progress and celebrating growth along the way.

Our first session

The first session is all about getting to know you. We’ll talk about what brought you to therapy, your current challenges, and what you hope to gain from our work together. I’ll ask questions about your history, lifestyle, and emotional well-being to better understand your unique situation.
