Hi there, I'm Pamela!

I work primarily with teens, adults, and seniors. My priority is to provide a safe, warm, non-judgmental, and collaborative environment for us to build a therapeutic relationship. Through this alliance, we identify and address unhelpful patterns of thinking and behaviors, leading to greater self-understanding and connectedness.

My focus

I work with teens, adults, and seniors around depression, anxiety, grief, loss, trauma, life transitions, relationship issues, substance use, chronic medical illnesses, and caretaker fatigue. I am comfortable working with clients with a wide variety of challenges and diagnoses.

My approach

My approach varies based on your needs and is person-centered to meet you where you are. I use techniques including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Trauma-Informed Care, Motivational Interviewing, Behavioral Activation, and Family Systems to help you understand how thoughts and experiences shape feelings and behaviors.
