I like to provide a safe space for the client through a casual communication style.

My journey to mental healthcare

My innate ability to empathize deeply with others has always been a part of me, drawing me toward the helping professions where I can use this gift for the greater good. My motivation to work stems from observing my clients' journey towards their subsequent milestones.

My goals for you

I firmly believe that clients should have the opportunity to set their own goals, and if they find it challenging to determine what those goals are, I will assist them in the process of identifying their goals.

Our first session

During the initial session, we will begin by exploring the reasons that led the client to seek therapy and their expectations of me as their therapist. An evaluation will be conducted to identify appropriate treatment options, yet I am committed to making sure the client does not feel overwhelmed by questions.
