I listen and work with individuals with an open mind and according to their specific needs, offering a non-judgmental, compassionate, and culturally sensitive space. I'll provide a space for you to talk about your thoughts, emotions, behaviors, concerns, situations, and relationships.

My journey to mental healthcare

What initially pulled me toward this field was a deep curiosity about the human mind and a desire to understand why we feel and act the way that we do. What motivates me most is witnessing people change, learn about themselves, and make sense of their surroundings.

My goals for you

I see therapy as a collaboration between the individual and the therapist. Together, we will brainstorm ideas and exchange information to set the right goals for you. My goal is to be supportive, discuss with you different strategies that make sense for you, and empower you to achieve personal growth and emotional resilience.

Our first session

In our first session together, the main goal is to get to know each other and start building a foundation of trust and comfort. I’ll ask you some questions to better understand what brings you to therapy, what challenges you're facing, and what you're hoping to get out of our work together.
