My journey to mental healthcare

I was widowed twice before the age of forty. I was a single parent. I felt that by going through grief so young, as well as raising a child I may be able to help other people get through their problems.

My goals for you

I approach goal setting by asking what they would like to gain in sessions. I encourage identifying specific issues they struggle with and processing the positive outcomes.
