I specialize in Solution-Focused Brief Therapy and have extensive experience with Veterans and their families. I'm also an expert in treating addictions. I can help you with stress, anxiety, coping with addictions, motivation, self-esteem, confidence, and depression.

My journey to mental healthcare

Ever since I was an adolescent, I have been a helper, the person that peers went to in times of need or crisis. This calling continued through my work at a crisis hotline. I decided to learn to do psychotherapy professionally and have been loving this line of work and helping people ever since.
