Using a resiliency-based, trauma-informed, individual-centered approach, I integrate Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Solution-Focused Therapy, Positive Psychology, Narrative Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Mindfulness Training, and Motivational Interviewing.
