My communication style

I hope to provide a genuinely safe environment for people to feel free to share their lives. Therapy should be a place where people can have a safe sounding board to work through various things in life that come up.

My journey to mental healthcare

I actually was in law enforcement and always became frustrated when there were ways to help a person earlier in a preventative way, which is how I started thinking therapy and therapists could be that preventative help.

My goals for you

I like to find out what the short-term goals are, as well as one or two long-term goals to work toward.

In our first session, we are going to spend time getting to know each other, and also for me to find out what brings you to therapy.
