I specialize in working with individuals facing life stressors, relational challenges, and conditions including PTSD, depression, anxiety, panic, OCD, and ADHD. My focus is creating a space where you can explore how past experiences shape your current thoughts, feelings, and beliefs.
My focus
I have devoted the large majority of my career to assisting individuals work through trauma resulting from various abuses, accidents, and combat trauma. So often, symptoms are co-occurring; as a result, I am adept at working with those who also struggle to manage major depression, anxiety, panic, obsessive compulsive disorders, addictions, etc.
My approach
I take a client-centered, collaborative approach, tailoring each session to your unique needs and goals. I create a safe environment where you can be yourself and explore how past events impact your present. I use modalities including IFS, CPT, CBT, REBT, PE, and ERP to support your healing.
