I strive to create a safe, compassionate, and nonjudgmental space where clients feel comfortable sharing their experiences. My communication style is warm, direct, and collaborative. I focus on building trust and maintaining open, respectful dialogue throughout the therapeutic process.

My journey to mental healthcare

Growing up in Puerto Rico and later establishing myself in Massachusetts, I developed a deep appreciation for resilience and the power of human connection. Becoming a therapist was a natural path for me, as I’ve always been passionate about supporting others through challenges.

Whether you're looking to build coping skills, improve relationships, or enhance self-esteem, I am here to guide and support you every step of the way.

Our first session

During our first session, we’ll spend time discussing your current challenges and what you hope to gain from therapy. I’ll ask questions to better understand your background and priorities, and we’ll begin developing a plan tailored to your needs.
