Do you feel alone? Like the world is burning? I'm here to provide a nonjudgmental space to process your experiences. I will help you learn how to be present in your body and identify your body's subtle messages. You will be the expert of your experience. I am here as a guide. I aim to encourage and empower you to be your authentic self.
My focus
I work with all genders, sexualities, bodies, relationship styles, and ways of being. I love to support folx in the social justice world who are doing work in their communities and need someone to pour back into them. I'm here to support you with trauma, chronic health, political overwhelm, depression, and more. You are not alone.
My approach
I use a liberation-focused, person-centered, and trauma-informed lens. It is my opinion that therapy should be collaborative and led by you. I utilize parts work and somatic practices to support you during our time together.
