My focus
I primarily work with adults experiencing anxiety, depression, or those in need of support navigating life transitions and stressors. I also have nearly a decade of experience working with women throughout the lifespan, in particular those navigating fertility, and supporting parents during the perinatal period.
My approach
I work collaboratively with clients to individually tailor sessions using evidence-based tools to address current stressors as well as deeper-rooted patterns that may be affecting quality of life.
