Hi there, I'm James!

I provide empathetic, effective psychodynamic and psychoanalytic therapy to help find answers to and the motivation to address life's problems.

My focus

Are you looking for relief from daily struggles, a better understanding of life's obstacles, or motivation to push through it all? Do you want to see if therapy could be helpful? Therapy is a chance to learn more about yourself, to heal past wounds, and in doing so, to continue to grow and mature into the greatest version of yourself.

My approach

A psychoanalytic approach examines many aspects of who we are: our histories, our relationships, our hopes and wishes for the future, and the things getting in the way. Talking about and working together to overcome feelings of anxiety, depression, or any other troublesome experiences is the foundation of my work.
