Hi there, I'm Jason!

I use a Strengths-Based Approach to help clients move forward with their goals and work through barriers to doing so. I have worked in a variety of settings, including inpatient, outpatient, community mental health, and addiction treatment. I believe in listening first.

My focus

I typically work with individuals who are new or newer to therapy and explore ways to move through life's obstacles. I treat a variety of conditions, including anxiety, depression, ADHD, men's issues, substance use, and alcohol use.

My approach

I utilize Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy to help with getting to the core of an issue and reshaping negative thought patterns. I also incorporate mindfulness into my work when appropriate.

My communication style

I have a strong understanding of getting to the root of an issue and working through current barriers. I believe in a collaborative and supportive relationship with people that will assist them with enhancing their strengths, engaging in meaningful life activities, and creating new abilities to achieve their desired life goals.
