I’m an LCSW who takes a warm, relational, strengths-based, and trauma-informed approach to therapy. I support clients dealing with anxiety, panic, overwhelm, and burnout as they work toward feeling more balanced and like themselves again.
My focus
You’re the one everyone counts on at work, at home, in every crisis. The strong one. But lately, it’s too much. Burnout is hitting hard. Even the smallest things feel overwhelming. You’ve done everything “right,” but you still feel like you’re falling apart. You’ve pushed through for so long that burnout feels like your baseline.
My approach
Our sessions are a soft place to land. You don’t have to perform here. We’ll unpack what’s beneath the overwhelm and build tools to regulate emotions, set boundaries, and reconnect with yourself. I use a relational, trauma-informed approach that includes mindfulness and somatic practices to help you feel grounded, safe, and present - even in chaos.
