I work with individuals facing Substance-Use Disorders, Anxiety Disorders, life change stressors, Major Depressive Disorder, and Trauma.
My approach
I focus on self-empowerment, self-compassion, and self-advocacy. I believe therapy is a two-way street, and interventions are not one size fits all. I incorporate Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Solution-Focused Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, Strengths-Based Therapy, and Mindfulness to facilitate change and recognize progress.
